This mountain range rises up directly from the ice cold waters of Queenstown’s Lake Wakatipu forming steep, silvery-grey peaks that tower high above the lake’s south-eastern shores. Winter’s snowfall creates a magical effect, attracting skiers and snowboarders from around the globe.
